Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026
See You in Class (seeyouinclass.com) lets Orangetheory members see their upcoming classes alongside the classes their friends have booked. This policy explains what information we collect, where it comes from, who can see it, and the choices you have. See You in Class is an independent service and is not operated by Orangetheory Fitness.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address, and when you set up your account, your first and last name. We send a one-time code to your email to confirm it’s yours, and we store a cookie in your browser to keep you signed in.
Class schedules and bookings. For participating Orangetheory studios, we receive class schedules and members’ upcoming class bookings from the studio’s booking system, matched by email address. This includes the studio, class date, time, and class type. We refresh this information about every 30 minutes. Booking information may be loaded for an email address before that person creates an account; it isn’t shown to anyone until that person has an account and has confirmed a friendship.
Friends and invites. When you invite a friend, we store their email address and the status of the invite, and we email them an invitation that includes your name. You can also share a personal invite link by text or another app; that link contains your email address so we can send a friend request from you when someone signs up through it. We keep a record of your friendships and your sharing settings so we can show you each other’s classes.
Feedback and support messages. If you send us a message through the Feedback & support form, we store it with your name and email address so we can read and respond to it.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically log information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to run the service: to sign you in, show you your studio’s schedule, show you which classes your confirmed friends have booked, send invite and sign-in emails, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Who can see your information
Your upcoming classes are visible only to people you’ve confirmed as friends on See You in Class. Your friends see your name and the classes you’re booked in. People who aren’t your confirmed friends can’t see your schedule. On the Friends page, you can turn Share My Schedule off for any friend to hide your classes from them; they aren’t notified, and it stays off until you turn it back on. You can also remove a friend at any time, and they will no longer see your classes.
Service providers
We use a small number of companies to operate See You in Class: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), and Resend (sending email). They process information only as needed to provide those services to us. Your information is stored in the United States.
When we might share information
Other than with your confirmed friends and our service providers, we share information only if required by law, to protect the safety or rights of our users or others, or as part of a transfer of the service to a new owner, who would be bound by this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Booking information is refreshed regularly, and cancelled bookings are removed at the next refresh. When you delete your account (Friends page, then Delete my account), we immediately delete your account information, sign-in, friendships, friend requests, privacy settings, and feedback you sent. If you ask us to delete it instead, we do so within 30 days. We keep something only where the law requires it.
Your choices
On the Friends page, you can hide your classes from specific friends, remove friends, or cancel pending invites. You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Friends page. To see the information we have about you or correct it, email us at support@seeyouinclass.com or use the Feedback & support form on the Friends page. We’ll respond within 30 days. You won’t be treated differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state’s law, and we’ll honor those requests as well.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
See You in Class is intended for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Do Not Track
We don’t track you across other websites, so we don’t respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and let you know on the site or by email.
