Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of See You in Class (seeyouinclass.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use See You in Class.

What See You in Class is

See You in Class shows Orangetheory class schedules and lets you see which classes your confirmed friends have booked. It is an independent service. It is not the official Orangetheory app and is not operated or endorsed by Orangetheory Fitness. Orangetheory and related names are trademarks of their respective owner.

Booking happens in the Orangetheory app

You can’t reserve a class on See You in Class. Tapping a class opens the official Orangetheory booking app, and your spot is reserved only after you complete the booking there, including tapping Book It. Class availability, waitlists, cancellations, late-cancel fees, and no-show fees are handled entirely by Orangetheory and your studio under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for a class that wasn’t booked, was full, or carried a fee.

Information may be delayed or incomplete

Schedules and bookings refresh about every 30 minutes and may be out of date, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. Always confirm your reservation in the official Orangetheory app.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use See You in Class. Sign in with an email address you control, keep access to that email secure, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Please use See You in Class to work out with people you know. You agree not to invite people without a reasonable belief they’d welcome it; use the service to track, harass, or monitor anyone; send spam or bulk invites; try to access other people’s accounts or data; scrape, copy, or resell the service or its data; or interfere with how the service runs.

Ending your use

You can stop using See You in Class at any time and delete your account yourself from the Friends page, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@seeyouinclass.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we may change or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Disclaimers

See You in Class is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.See You in Class doesn’t provide fitness or medical advice. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program, and exercise at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, See You in Class and its operators won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed classes, fees charged by Orangetheory or a studio, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and let you know on the site or by email. Continuing to use See You in Class after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
